This is a disturbing video that takes you through the tail end of the foreclosure process. It's interviews with "trashout" contractors who clean out houses under foreclosure:
Give me your reaction to this clip. Since I used to live in southern California these homes look eeirely familiar...makes you stop and think about the personal toll of foreclosure.

The video is a great sign of the times. It is unfortunate for many but an opportunity for investors. This is the time to capitalize. Investors can put these homes back on the tax rolls and help people find great housing. Not to mention make a few dollars in the process. Turn a poor situation into a win win for those involved.
Wow, that's some video. I had seen a similar story from the Miami area. It's sad for the people involved, it's a shame to have to throw away so much stuff. ~Rita
Brian - You take a positive view of this - I'm impressed. I see only the negative.
Rita - I'd like to know who's doing this in my area.
Jeff, what a waste! You'd think that a profit making used furniture business could resell some of this stuff. Wow! So sad.
Pat - yeah, I was surprised that the guy didn't have better connections with hungry resellers. Sounds like another business idea.
