Hi Jeff, Anxious to see your trip photos. This home if it were in California would be well into from 600,000 to 800,000K. Regretfully, most homes here are wood and or stucco or a combo of the two elements. We don't see stone being used very often ( I can't even remember seeing one in the last few years ) and it is such a nice touch on a home. Nor do we see dormers here, except in very old homes in Classic neighborhoods. ( too few of those here)
