Interesting info Jeff, so that means Florida is not the only place on earth with 55+ communities???

Great communities Jeff.  I have just began my real estate career and this is a market with tremendous potential.  It will be interesting to see how things pan out for agents as many directories are gaining ground like: activeadultliving.com and there are even local ones starting daily it seams.  For instance: www.55plusresales.com  It sure is an interesting time to be an agent!!!!
