I Just HAD To Post This Picture...

This is the main photo on a new listing - where the owner is a licensed realtor!

The description says this...

_____________________________________________________________________________________________

"4 Bedrm, 2 Bth Cape Cod w/lrg rms lots of storage-2 decks and landscaped yard-A must see!"

_____________________________________________________________________________________________

I'd have to agree...we need to see!

Hahahahaha.  You just can't make this stuff up...just another day in real estate.

If this seller desires, I'd be happy to take their listing and market the home with my 21st century marketing program that will deliver results!

Unbelievably, it's true - they have a license.  Maybe, perhaps, they missed the broker training on how to market a home...

Jeff, that really is a must see. You have to go there to see it. Maybe if you go and visit you can shed some more light on the property. With some more descriptions, I could be enlightened to what the property is really like.... I'll stop now

Jeff, it's hard to believe that a Realtor felt that this was an acceptable photo.  If this was the best one, can you imagine how bad the rest were...

This is a 5 Yikes photo!  What were they thinking?  If the Realtor does this for himself, how does he photograph listings for clients?

It may be that photo shows the house the best but I doubt it.  What was they thinking?

I saw one today in my research, a new listing with a finger in the photo!  Of course it was the main image.
