For the better part of the last decade, Jeff Geoghan built a real estate practice based around internet marketing principles with particular focus on growing his presence organically.  Through creative writing & photo content, obsessive SEO attentions and most recently video content he mastered the on-the-ground marketing techniques available to real estate agents.  
 
Following up a degree in Marketing from Penn State in 1989, Geoghan did tours in sales and marketing with Nabisco Brands, Inc. in New York and Ernest & Julio Gallo in San Diego & Los Angeles, California.  Afterwards he led in developing sales training practices with May Department Stores throughout the western states, where he held seminars and sales workshops at numerous locations.  May Department Stores then tapped Geoghan to lead the launch of their online sales in 1997, where he developed both a consumer site as well as a customer service and shipping operation for the company.  In the meantime he earned his MBA in management from Dowling.
 
Upon relocating to Central Pennsylvania, Jeff moved into the real estate field by developing a business model based on internet marketing and subsequently, social media engagement.  In 2004 he founded yourlancasterhome.com, which eventually became the top-ranked real estate website in the region.  Jeff’s blogs have garnered him national recognition and interviews with new organizations from local to the Wall Street Journal, as well as television interviews.  He also pioneered in the Pennsylvania region as a green-focused agent, with multiple affiliations and expertise.
 
Beginning in 2009, Geoghan began coaching and consulting on web marketing and social media for real estate, including a stint with Coldwell Banker to help transition a major independent brokerage to the CB system.  As his real estate practice involved more and more enphasis on web, he began to be sought out by companies to collaborate on branding and messaging, two areas where Jeff finds particular satisfaction.  
 
In January 2012 Jeff began a new chapter as Vice President of Marketing and Consumer Engagement for Coldwell Banker Select Professionals, an emerging national brokerage based in Lancaster County, PA with over 250 sales associates in eleven offices, serving Central/Southeastern Pennsylvania.  Jeff has extensive experience with social media, personal branding, video marketing and reputation management.
